Wild cards should be used when searching. (ex. Search for John Brown, enter Brown* into the Last Name field

The next best way to search is by Last name.
 
 Search by License #:
       1-Enter License # in File Number field
          Use lower case letters, where needed
       2-Hit SUBMIT key

Search by Name:
       1-Enter LAST Name ONLY in the Last Name Field
          Do NOT enter First Name
       2-Hit SUBMIT key
       3-If multiple first names appear,
          click on the correct first name & you will then get a 'verification to
          print' message
